The Situation
A family of four children — some Muslim, some non-Muslim — faced uncertainty after the passing of their father. They were unsure which legal framework governed the estate and had received conflicting information from different sources.
What We Did
We began with a consultation to clarify the applicable frameworks, then supported the family through the documentation process — preparing and submitting the relevant applications to both civil and Syariah channels in a coordinated way.
